Project summary

Watson Assistant is a chatbot building software powered by artificial intelligence. It helps businesses create digital assistants that provide customer service for their end user. I focus on the internal build experience seen by the chatbot creator in a company.

I was the primary designer on an effort to refresh the product homepage. I focused on making it relevant to users at all stages, and providing clear paths for users to improve their chatbot.
